OTMM'S TRAILER

One Too Many Mornings - Trailer #1 from You Can Awesome on Vimeo.

OTMM'S MUSIC VIDEO!

The idea for the video comes from a real woman who parks in my neighborhood, sits in her car, and listens to music real loud. Last time I saw her she was blaring Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down." I think she has problems. Whenever I walk by her car, I want to approach her and ask what's wrong, but always chicken out. We put this scenario in the context of our film, and while it probably won't make total sense to people who are unfamiliar with the script, my hope it that it at least creates a strong sense of intrigue.

LA DENTISTA!

Several years ago, when Anthony would leave his apartment to go to work, there would be a line of illegal immigrants waiting outside. They all had toothaches. Turns out, his neighbor was an illegal dentist. This film is our fantasy of what we think he must have been like. It is our first film as a creative team.

YOU CAN AWESOME, Episode 1

If you look at most kids shows, they are really, really strange. You Can Awesome is even stranger. This music video based project was pitched to MTV and Comedy Central the day after they bought "Wonder Showzen." The Fuse Network picked it up and aired it as a part of their show "Munchies." Recently it was nominated for "Best Web Series" at SXSW 2008. To watch episodes 2 & 3, go to www.youcanawesome.com.

COMEDY CENTRAL SPEC COMMERCIALS

In our meetings about You Can Awesome with Comedy Central, they said that we should pitch them ideas for bumpers. Instead, we snuck past the security guards into the offices of the USA Network late one Friday night, and made some. The concept was "the people who work at Comedy Central are hideously boring." This is the first 5 of 15 total spots.
